Prediction of Vibration from Dynamic Compaction (TRL)

The predictor for vibration from dynamic compaction is:
`\nu_(res)\le92(sqrt(MH)/x)^(1.7)`
where:
- `M` is the tamper weight (tonnes)
- `H` is the drip height (m)
- `x` is the distance from the impact (m)
- `\nu_(res)` is the peak particle velocity (mm/s)
